San Mateo City Minimum Wage Poster

The San Mateo minimum wage is higher than the California state minimum, and employers in San Mateo must post the local rate. This poster shows the current city minimum wage so your postings stay complete and current.

• The current San Mateo minimum wage rate
• The effective date of the local ordinance
• The tipped employee rate, where the ordinance sets one

Display it beside your California labor law poster in a conspicuous place. When federal, state, and local rates differ, the highest rate wins.

From All American Compliance, the labor law poster company employers trust for current, accurate postings.
