Pasadena City Minimum Wage Poster

Who needs this poster? Any employer with workers in Pasadena. The city set its own minimum wage, above the California state minimum, and local law requires you to post it. Your state labor law poster shows the state rate only.

• The current Pasadena minimum wage rate
• The effective date of the local ordinance
• The tipped employee rate, where the ordinance sets one

Hang this poster next to your California poster so both rates are visible together. And when federal, state, and local wages differ, pay the highest.

From All American Compliance, the labor law poster company employers trust for current, accurate postings.
