Montgomery County Minimum Wage Poster

Employers in Montgomery County must post the county minimum wage. Montgomery County set its own minimum wage, higher than the Maryland state minimum. Your state poster does not show the county rate, so this poster fills the gap.

• The current Montgomery County minimum wage rate
• The effective date of the local ordinance
• The tipped employee rate, where the ordinance sets one

Hang it next to your Maryland labor law poster where employees gather. When federal, state, and local minimum wages differ, you must pay whichever is highest.

From All American Compliance, the labor law poster company employers trust for current, accurate postings.
