Albuquerque City Minimum Wage Poster

Does your New Mexico poster show the Albuquerque minimum wage? It does not. Albuquerque requires employers to post the local minimum wage because the city rate is higher than the state minimum. This poster covers exactly that requirement.

• The current Albuquerque minimum wage rate
• The effective date of the local ordinance
• The tipped employee rate, where the ordinance sets one

Post it next to your New Mexico labor law poster where employees can see it. Remember the pay rule: when federal, state, and local minimum wages differ, you must pay the highest.

From All American Compliance, the labor law poster company employers trust for current, accurate postings.
