Santa Monica City Minimum Wage Poster

Employers in Santa Monica must post the local minimum wage. Santa Monica set its own minimum wage, above the California state minimum. Your state poster does not show the city rate, so this poster completes your wall.

• The current Santa Monica minimum wage rate
• The effective date of the local ordinance
• The tipped employee rate, where the ordinance sets one

Hang it next to your California labor law poster in a conspicuous place where employees gather. When federal, state, and local minimum wages differ, you must pay whichever is highest.

From All American Compliance, the labor law poster company employers trust for current, accurate postings.
