This is Ohio's official No Smoking sign, designed by the Ohio Department of Health for the Smoke-Free Workplace Act (Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3794). Ohio law requires No Smoking signs at every entrance to a public place or place of employment, and every sign must carry the state reporting number. The Department of Health designed this sample sign to meet section 3794.06 of the Revised Code.
